RxSteward Patient Account and Data Deletion
Steps to request Account and/or Data deletion for RxSteward mobile application.
From within the RxSteward mobile app:
- Click on the ellipsis “…” in bottom right-hand corner of app.
- Click on the ‘Cancel Account’ button.
- Click the ‘Delete’ confirmation button.
If you do not have the app currently installed, you may:
- Submit a request to support@nwpharma.com with the subject “account deletion”.
- Include your first and last name, Date of Birth, Employer and Member ID if applicable.
- Customer service will confirm receipt and data deletion.
