RxSteward Patient Account and Data Deletion

Steps to request Account and/or Data deletion for RxSteward mobile application.

From within the RxSteward mobile app:

  • Click on the ellipsis “…” in bottom right-hand corner of app.
  • Click on the ‘Cancel Account’ button.
  • Click the ‘Delete’ confirmation button.

If you do not have the app currently installed, you may:

  • Submit a request to support@nwpharma.com with the subject “account deletion”.
  • Include your first and last name, Date of Birth, Employer and Member ID if applicable.
  • Customer service will confirm receipt and data deletion.
