INDIANAPOLIS – Northwind has announced the acquisition of New York-based Denton Pharma, Inc.

“With the addition of Denton Pharma, Northwind dramatically expands its pharmaceutical repackaging capabilities,” said CEO Phillip Berry. “Not only do we increase our capacity, we add the tremendous expertise of the Denton production and compliance team.”

Denton Pharma, Inc. is a privately held pharmaceutical packaging and repackaging corporation located in upstate New York. Denton Pharma specializes in the packaging, repackaging, and distribution of prescription legend drugs, animal health products, and antibiotics into unit-of-use / unit-dose configurations. Other services include private labeling, custom packaging and kitting, and third party logistics services.

Industry veteran Keith Graham leads Denton Pharma. Keith is a third-generation pharmaceutical entrepreneur with roots dating back to 1966 when his grandfather, Dean Graham, founded Graham Labs, which was later sold to Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Keith founded Blenheim Pharmacal with his father in 2004, sold it in 2013, and then formed Denton Pharma in 2016. Keith brings deep experience and a reputation for leadership and integrity to Northwind.

Keith and his team are recognized experts in pharmaceutical packaging and compliance, having served pharmaceutical distributors, manufacturers, and marketers for the last 18 years. Denton Pharma will continue to operate out of its location in North Blenheim, New York and will be an integral part of Northwind’s plans to expand current in-office dispensing programs, mail order prescription fulfillment offerings, hospital and long-term care unit dose services, as well as contract repackaging services. Graham will retain his position as President of Denton Pharma.

“We are thrilled to bring Keith and his team on board as members of our organization,” Berry added. “Their experience, leadership, and integrity will bring tremendous value to the Northwind family and our clients nationally.”
